I changed my lifestyle after suffering in pains for so long due to bad diet. When we don't understand our food we just eat anything forgetting that when we are hungry our body needs nutrient not just any food or junk. So I start learning how to eat healthy for myself and my family. I am so glad today and blessed the day that I started my journey. I am using this space to encourage more African food lovers or anyone out there that they can eat their favourite dish in a more healthier way.
We can do it by eating real foods in small portion size, at the right of time the day and eradicating all processed or already made foods. Eating more foods that the earth produced . We can start by paying attention to our shopping trolley and what goes into our refrigerators.
