Healthy eating and exercise according to the bible as planned by God.

 1corinthians 3vs 16-17

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the spirit of God dwells in you ? If any man defile the temple of God, him God will destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple are you? Quote KJV.

We use this bible verse a lots as a guideline from God the father to live a holy lifestyle without intoxicating our bodies as believers of Jesus. The lord opened the eyes of my heart recently and revealed somethings to me that really made me think about the way I was taking care of my body with my daily intakes ( The food that I eat). I never knew that eating the wrong food is also counted as defiling my body. 

If we purchase sometime new and we did not know how to care and preserve it, no matter how expensive that item was it will eventually becomes weaker or outdated for a good use. God created us (like a vessel). 

In our lives we all go through hard times and it tends to have a huge effect on us emotionally and even physically on a daily basis. If we don't take care of our body as vessels unto honour which is the temple of God, then eventually it will begin to fall apart. 

The  temples in the old testament were well taking care of for them to last longer. We were given the same responsibility to take care of Bodies as a temple because God resides in us.Taking care of our physical body has huge benefits. 

Eating healthy is honouring God's temple and I believe the lord has instructed us to do so, so that we can enjoy good health on earth. We can start living a healthy lifestyle by giving our body the right nutrients in small portion and the right amount of exercise on a daily basis. Don't delay anymore start right now.

Benefits of regular physical activities.
  • Exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight.
  • Exercise helps with losing all the excess  weight that could lead to certain diseases.
  • It enhance ,maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Mentioned but a few. So start planning your meals by cook healthy meals from there original source and start eating and living in the will of God for your live.

  1. My promise to God is to change people's perspectives about what they eat and how that could affect their health. God want us to live long and declare the good works of the lord, but God is encouraging us to feed our bodies with the right food 🥘 and exercise on a regular basis to make it worthy of his glory. This us fulfilling all righteousness, being obedient in all things not just abstaining from sin alone. I pray he will give us the grace to and support we required in Jesus name amen 🙏 and amen 🙏.

I eat my carbohydrate in the afternoon during the weekend or at lunch break in small portion size.

Eating more of what the earth produce is the best healthiest options ever. When you do, You have to know your portion because small is plenty. Below is 3 scoops of pounded yam cos weekend afternoons are for African superfood followed by a five kilometres run to utilised the calories.  If you love pounded yam or any swallow every now and again you have to move your body, that is the sacrifice. You can not do it without exercise.

My breakfast , Raw nutrient ,raw benefits.I love raw food for breakfast during the weekdays due to busy schedule.

I found that drinking raw breakfast full of healthy fruit and vegetables gives your digestive system a break and to have a rest. Let your blender do the breaking down of your food and take the burden of your digestive system. This will improve your digestion which in turn make constipation and indigestion a thing of the past. As we all know consuming the daily recommendations of fruit and vegetable can be a challenge . Blending some fruit and vegetables on a daily basis into a smoothies helps ensure your body is getting it's daily nutritional needs. It also provides your body with the vitamins and minerals it needs, cut out weight gaining food from your diet, you will see the pound melting away. Lose weight the healthy way with a good diet.
