 1corinthians 3vs 16-17

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the spirit of God dwells in you ? If any man defile the temple of God, him God will destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple are you? Quote KJV.

We use this bible verse a lots as a guideline from God the father to live a holy lifestyle without intoxicating our bodies as believers of Jesus. The lord opened the eyes of my heart recently and revealed somethings to me that really made me think about the way I was taking care of my body with my daily intakes ( The food that I eat). I never knew that eating the wrong food is also counted as defiling my body. 

If we purchase sometime new and we did not know how to care and preserve it, no matter how expensive that item was it will eventually becomes weaker or outdated for a good use. God created us (like a vessel). 

In our lives we all go through hard times and it tends to have a huge effect on us emotionally and even physically on a daily basis. If we don't take care of our body as vessels unto honour which is the temple of God, then eventually it will begin to fall apart. 

The  temples in the old testament were well taking care of for them to last longer. We were given the same responsibility to take care of Bodies as a temple because God resides in us.Taking care of our physical body has huge benefits. 

Eating healthy is honouring God's temple and I believe the lord has instructed us to do so, so that we can enjoy good health on earth. We can start living a healthy lifestyle by giving our body the right nutrients in small portion and the right amount of exercise on a daily basis. Don't delay anymore start right now.

Benefits of regular physical activities.
  • Exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight.
  • Exercise helps with losing all the excess  weight that could lead to certain diseases.
  • It enhance ,maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Mentioned but a few. So start planning your meals by cook healthy meals from there original source and start eating and living in the will of God for your live.
